This explains what the OrgFlw customer app collects when you use a shop, why, and what you can do about it. The shop you order from is responsible for the goods and delivery.

What we collect

Account

When you sign in we store your phone number and a password you choose. You can add a name and email. We also keep a unique invite code for this shop’s loyalty programme.

Orders and delivery

We keep the items you buy, prices, delivery address, time window, payment method you chose, and messages you send about the order. The shop uses this to fulfil and support the order.

Loyalty, reviews, and support

We keep your points balance, reward redemptions, product reviews (ratings, comments, and any photos you attach), reports you send, and support chat including attachments.

On this device

Theme and language stay on the phone. Push marketing preferences can also stay on the device until the shop sends notifications from a server.

How we use it

We use this data to create your account, take and deliver orders, award points, show your history, and reply in support. Transactional messages about an order are not marketing.

SMS and email marketing only go out if you turn them on in Settings. You can turn them off there at any time.

Who sees it

The shop you ordered from sees what it needs to fulfil and support the order. Payment is handled by the provider you pick at checkout. Hosting and storage run on our cloud provider so the app can function. We share data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Your profile stays until you delete the account. After deletion we may keep order records the shop needs for accounting, without your name or phone. Reviews and support threads may be kept in anonymised form if the shop still needs them.

Your choices

You can edit personal details in the app. Export a copy or delete the account from Profile → Your data. Apple requires a way to delete the account — that control is in the app. See the Data Policy for the exact steps.

Children

This app is for ordering from a shop. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
